As for pre-orders you’ve been waiting on? Though it varies by brand, new releases are running roughly 2-3 months behind schedule, and it’s only getting worse, not better. Because of manufacturing and shipping-related delays, we’ve drastically cut back on our pre-order offerings, and stopped taking backorders completely. There’s real concern about items that we are expecting in October-ish not arriving in time for Christmas. We are already losing sleep over it.
We’ll continue to work with the brands we represent to get products to you as quickly as we can. Please know our team is working literally 24 hours a day to get your orders out the door.

So here’s what we know…Hasbro is NOT making any more toys featuring her likeness. BUT, that does not mean they haven’t already made toys that are somewhere in the process of manufacture/distribution.
It takes many months for toys to go from “in production” to retailer shelves. Several weeks actually being made overseas at a factory, 4-6 weeks on a cargo ship en route to the USA, a week or two to clear customs, then time in transit between warehouses and distributors before we see them (which can add another month or two).
We are being told we WILL get the figures we have on order (our orders are over a year old at this point). And barring anything crazy, we will have enough to fill all existing orders. If we get everything we order, we’ll actually have hundreds of extras.

The negative reviews and feedback start rolling in anytime we don’t get orders out the door within a week. We get it, you want your toys! Our normal processing time is 2-3 days, so anytime we are missing that target, we’ll post about it here. We’ve also added a banner to the site. Right now, we are at 5 business days.
Our team will be working all weekend to get caught up, and we will be back to normal early next week.

The warehouse was open for 700 straight hours this month, buzzing 24 hours a day until Christmas eve. But, tonight, we are closed. And we’re taking the weekend off. We look forward to servicing your toy needs next year and beyond.

After getting completely overwhelmed with orders over BFCM weekend (in a good way…thanks everyone!), we hired a bunch of temps (doubling the size of our staff), and started working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That will continue through the end of the year. We are finally caught back up, with most in-stock orders shipping out in 3-4 business days. But there’s no time to catch our breath…
Pre-orders continue to arrive and ship out the second they hit our loading dock. The manufacturer’s are NOT making it easy on us. There’s a bunch of items with hundreds of pre-orders that are all arriving in the next 7-10 days, uncomfortably close to shipping deadlines. Sixteen pallets arrived this morning, over 50 more are on the road right now heading our way. It’s going to be a crazy two weeks. We WILL get these items to our customers in time for Christmas. Nothing will be in our building and not in your hands…that’s our promise to you.
Our two biggest sellers of 2020 (Funko’s Hunter x Hunter and Schitt’s Creek) are in transit to us, with enough stock to fill all orders placed through mid-November or better. The customers who’ve been waiting the longest will be served first.
Phones and emails are non-stop. We continue to get to everyone as fast as we can. Anything urgent is handled with priority, typically in 24 hours or less. We know the wait times for availability answers are unacceptable, as they have been since March. We will continue to improve. No excuses.
